“Rodaballo” (Turbot) Printed in Spain during the summer of 2025. This fish is a staple of Mediterranean cuisine and a common sight in local markets. The texture of its skin is truly remarkable. You will notice distinct white areas with a central black dot; these are caused by the tiny, sharp spikes along its body. These spikes naturally lift the paper away from the skin during the printing process, creating these beautiful, unique negative spaces.
