Small Colored Roosterfish

Description

This was a 19 inch Roosterfish that I caught at the beggining of the rooster season in Baja, at the beginning the small specimens tend to be on the water, followed by the big ones during April, May and June. Personally, this was my first rooster that I caught in my life so I wanted to immortalise it. After printing, we made some rooster meatballs, and let me tell you… Roosterfish doesn’t taste that bad, it was pretty good.
